TPS pinCode app for iPhone and iPad

pinCode is an authentication solution designed to fast track the identification and verification process during a telephone interaction with an organisations customer service centre. This application provides protection for both customers and the organisation they are contacting (eg. Bank, Airline or Telephone company) as both parties are authenticated before a conversation is initiated. This background authentication process facilitates a superior customer service experience and saves time and money for organisations when dealing with customers over the telephone.

This authentication process can be seamlessly integrated into an organisations existing iPhone application or distributed as a purpose built application.
